San Dian Bu Lou, over 40 years old, remains in great structural health, but it was time for a comprehensive refurbishment. While its original features were well-preserved, we decided to update its colors and integrate modern amenities. This blend of old and new reflects our commitment to moving beyond just a retro aesthetic.
After San Dian Bu Lou's Transformation
Why renovate? It's all about safety! Just like aging arteries, old electrical systems can become inefficient or hazardous over time. We replaced outdated wiring with newer, more robust options, removed unnecessary components, and upgraded hidden structural details to ensure a longer lifespan and greater peace of mind for users.
From its inception, the owner has taken a hands-on approach to construction and supervision, ensuring every detail meets practical needs. For example, adding USB and Type-C charging ports, as well as universally compatible outlets, throughout the property makes it more convenient for everyone. This philosophy—making improvements for both personal and guest convenience—lies at the heart of our renovation principles.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, furnished with German EMMA mattresses and EMMA pillows. USB charging ports are conveniently located beside every bed.

A spacious kitchen island, refrigerator, TV, free Netflix, and air conditioning/heating create the perfect setting for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together without feeling lonely.
